Robin Roberson, Music Education Coordinator
Roberson’s Music, Fredericksburg, Virginia
Robin Roberson is honored to join the staff at Roberson’s Music . A newlywed, she recently relocated to the Fredericksburg area from Minnesota, where she served as the coordinator for the Discovery School of Music, a non-profit public schools community education program in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. Robin was also a contract section leader and soloist at a metro-area church and performed for seven seasons with the Twin Cities-based Carpe Diem Vocal Ensemble. Robin studied vocal music under the direction of Jerry Cribbs in Wilmington, North Carolina, and began performing professionally at the age of 12.
With a passion for musical theatre, she has played principal roles in an array of productions including A Little Night Music, Annie Get Your Gun, Grease, Peter Pan, Oliver, The Music Man, Oklahoma, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and The Sound of Music. Most recently, Robin performed the lead role in “Got it Made!” at the Pillsbury House Theatre in Minneapolis. She is thrilled to bring her skill set to the Roberson’s Music family, and is very excited about joining our students on their musical journey.
